Terms of Service & Mandate Conditions
Effective Date: October 2026 • Governing Jurisdiction: State of Texas (Dallas County)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://sponsorbacked.com, placing a retail catalog order, claiming an LP Priority Vintage allocation, or commissioning a B2B Closing Crate mandate, you agree to these Terms of Service entered into with Sponsor Backed and its Dallas manufacturing partner, Sponsor Backed Dallas Atelier.
2. Pricing, Allocations & Payment Settlement
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Server-authoritative catalog and B2B volume pricing (including Closing Crate brackets at $185, $165, and $145 per set) governs all checkout sessions and corporate invoices. Retail orders settle immediately via Stripe Checkout; approved institutional mandates may settle via ACH, domestic wire transfer, or Net-30 corporate invoice upon written credit confirmation.
3. Custom Embroidery, Stone-Wash & Craftsmanship Tolerances
Our headwear undergoes a 45-minute stone enzyme wash, and leather goods are cut from full-grain vegetable- and chrome-tanned Chicago Horween Chromexcel hides. Subtle variations in wash patina, grain character, and stitch texture within commercial 0.1mm multi-head embroidery tolerances are hallmarks of authentic domestic craftsmanship rather than manufacturing defects.
4. Shipping, Returns & Custom Final Sale Policy
Unworn, unwashed standard catalog items with original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy. Custom rear-arch monograms, bespoke deal-codename embroidery, and B2B Closing Crate runs are manufactured exclusively to client specification and are final sale, except in the event of verified Dallas manufacturing defect.
5. Client Artwork & Intellectual Property Representation
All Sponsor Backed brand marks, typography lockups, product photography, lexicon entries, and archival serial ledgers remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sponsor Backed. When submitting custom corporate logos, fund crests, or deal codenames for B2B embroidery, the commissioning client represents that it holds full authorization to reproduce such marks on commemorative goods.
6. Tax & Regulatory Disclaimer (IRC § 263(a))
References on this website and within generated Deal Expense Memoranda to Internal Revenue Code § 263(a), Treasury Regulation § 1.263(a)-5, IRC § 274(b)(1), or FINRA Rule 3220 are provided solely for general institutional procurement context and do not constitute formal legal, tax, or accounting advice. Clients should consult their own fund or corporate tax counsel regarding transaction-specific accounting treatment.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor Backed's aggregate liability arising out of any order or B2B mandate shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
